Share Pomelozzini®
Welcome to the product page for our exclusive Share Pomelozzini® fermented pomelo snacks, a true millennia-old treasure of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). These exquisite snacks are crafted from hand-picked, natural pomelos (pomelo, UR citrus), which are shredded and then fermented for 30 months in their own fruit juice. This extended fermentation process uses the same mother ferment as our popular Share® Original products, ensuring a unique and high-quality result.
After the intricate fermentation process, our skilled artisans form the fermented pomelo into small pralines by hand. These pralines delight the palate with a distinctive fruity-bitter taste. The slight bitterness, derived from the essential oils and the albedo (the white pulp) of the grapefruit, offers numerous health benefits and is particularly good for the body.
Fermented pomelos are more than just a delicious snack. They are rich in probiotics, providing powerful cleansing and detox properties. Fermented foods like our Pomelozzini® are vital for maintaining a robust immune system and promoting overall health.
Pomelozzini® is made from 100% natural pomelos fermented without any additives. The herbal powder coating, consisting of mint leaves, mulberry leaves, cassia seeds, and carrot extract, enhances the flavor and nutritional benefits. Our snacks are:
- Rich in probiotics
- 100% vegan
- Preservative-free
- Gluten and lactose-free
At Share, we're dedicated to bringing you the finest fermented snacks, blending traditional methods with modern health benefits. So indulge in the wholesome goodness of Share Pomelozzini® and experience the ancient wisdom of TCM in every bite.
A millennia-old treasure of TCM
We produce our exclusive Share® Pomelozzini® fruit snacks from hand-picked, natural pomelos (pomelo, UR citrus). The whole fruits are first shredded and then fermented for 30 months in their own fruit juice.
For this we use the same mother ferment as for our popular SHARE® Original plums. After this complex fermentation process, we form small pralines by hand, which delight with their fruity-bitter taste. The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and the albedo (the white pulp) of the grapefruit and is particularly good for the body.
