    These have made a huge difference for me!!

    I have had migraines for 35 years. I know that they are not all diet related as having my neck adjusted can take away a headache. They are also hormonal. Anyway, eating one or a half of one a day to keep me regular really helps. I wouldn't want to be without them!!
